Recycle Scotland is committed to providing each customer with the highest standard of customer service. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order or our service, we will do our upmost to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
If you receive an item that is different to the one described or that is clearly in a worse condition than that indicated, please go to our Contact us section to report the defect or damage within 30 days of receipt of the item and we will either:
- send a replacement
- issue a refund
If you unfortunately order an item incorrectly, but subsequently return it to us, undamaged, and in a resalable condition, within the returns timescale, you will be refunded the purchase price minus a 30% re-stock charge.
Please note in this case you will be responsible for the cost of return postage.
Cancellation of Orders
If you have ordered incorrectly and cancel within 4 hours and the item has not already been shipped then we will automatically issue a full refund. Otherwise the item will be treated in the same way as an incorrect order.
